We have a highly trained technical team at Urban IT. Our Technical team consists of 1st, 2nd and 3rd level technicians, all working together to solve your IT problems. Each of our Techs have many years of experience in IT and have their own particular area of expertise that they bring to the team.
Network Operations Centre (NOC)
Our NOC team works 24/7 (around the clock) on monitoring your systems to ensure there is minimal downtime of your network, servers and infrastructure. The team is proactive and you will often hear from Urban IT first to notify you that there is an issue.
Security Operations Centre (SOC)
Our SOC also works 24/7 ensuring your systems are kept up to date with the latest patches and that any security alerts are proactively monitored and actioned if required. Our SOC also has your Cyber Security requirements covered.
